Image Usage

By using or duplicating the images on this website, you acknowledge that you have read, understand, and agree to, the Image Usage Agreement below that presides your use of the Image. Should you not agree with the Agreement’s terms, you may not use or duplicate the Image in any way, unless you have permission signed by NIXON Development Corporation (hereinafter NIXON).

Usage Agreement

You may use the Image singly in whole for editorial use by press and/or industry analysts. This entitlement to use is individual to you and is not transferrable by you to other parties. The Image cannot be used to advertise or market any product or technology. You may not alter the Image, in part or in whole, for any reason.

NIXON is and shall remain the exclusive owner of the Image. You may not remove, alter, or make obscure any proprietary captions pertaining to the Image, and each use will be complemented by the applicable proprietary attribution shown next to the Image.

The Image is supplied by NIXON on an ‘as is’ basis, without any warranty, including non-infringement or ownership. You, not NIXON, are responsible for your use of the Image. NIXON is either an licensee or owner of the image, not a vehicle for the owner.
